If not then I would suggest you to visit the and download and install all the drivers Please check if there are any pending Windows updates and install them as well. You may also run the in-built troubleshooter and check if it helps. Type control panel on the search tab in the task bar>type control panel> on the search tab (top right corner)>type troubleshooting> on the right>click on view all>choose hardware and devices> follow the on screen steps. I found in Epson support drivers for win 10, download named LX 300 II - ESC/P. I installed it.

I restart windows. Then I open control panel in printers section and connect Epson and win recognize it and install as LX 300 II - ESC/P and works!!! This is the link to download drivers has a toshiba satelite AMD, can not fix it. The problem to me is.

It is setting a printer in LPT port, can not remove it from the port. To me is the same a confusion with port. I can change the printer in LPT but can not remove it. Always display a printer there.
